Chery Industrial shelter's limited warranty

1. Warranty Content

• A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the PE cover material and all its components.
• A 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the PVC cover material and all its components, fabric, and frame.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase invoice.

3. Claim Process

Claims require the original purchase receipt and dealer authorization.

4. Product Inspection and Claims

Rights to inspect for defects within 30 days of purchase. Claims made after 30 days may incur additional cost.

5. Installation and Usage Requirements

• Self-installation requires photographic documentation. Chery industrial Canada Corp. is not responsible for damages due to improper installation.
• Any modifications to the shelter will void the warranty.
• Failure to adhere to and install the units per the manual will void the product warranty.
• It's imperative to clear snow from the shelter in a timely manner to prevent snow or ice accumulation. During strong winds, doors at both ends must be closed or opened. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the risk of shelter collapse.

6. Warranty Limitations

Excludes damages in transit, misuse, unauthorized installations, natural damages, and indirect damages.

7. Warranty Registration

Send your product serial number and purchase invoice number to info @ cheryindustria .ca to complete registration.

8. Post-warranty Solutions

After the warranty period, you can purchase all necessary parts and accessories. We also offer extended warranty purchases, up to 60 days after the initial purchase. Contact customer service for details.

9. Parts Replacement

Processing time up to 5 business days. Store pickup or delivery available. Parts unclaimed within 7 days become the property of Chery Industrial Canada Corp..
